The Vaughan Township Historical Society was formed in 1970 as an advocacy group for the promotion of local history, and the preservation of Vaughan's built and documentary cultural heritage.
Scope and content
Item consists of an edited copy of original silent 8 mm film by Marion D. Watson executed in 1949 and 1950, with b&w stills and narrative added by Jim Scott. Depicts the people of Maple and their physical surroundings, and provides insight into the character of the village during the time in question.
