Business), 1866, 1882 (Mercantile Register), 1898 (Foster's Blue Book), 1902; alphabetical listings by surname, including the Home District of which Vaughan Township was a part between the 1790's and 1849; latter also provides names for residents of specific streets, members of professions, organizations, government, etc. County directories of Ontario, ca. 1850-1922, provide alphabetical lists of residents; Vaughan Township residents may be found in York County directories.
