The fonds consists of records that reflect the different roles that Janet played throughout her life as well as the various activities and functions she performed throughout the community. The fonds is arranged into five series and then various subseries, all of which reflect Janet’s diverse activities.

The majority of the records are textual (i.e. minutes, reports, correspondence, published material, newspapers, etc.) although there is also a sizable photograph collection as well as some maps and plans and even artwork. No. 28 P.D.M. Vaughan in shape of star, with wreath and crossed hammers superimposed.

Fonds consists of items related to Ed Price's service during World War II. Oral history interview recorded on sound tape cassette, 1990 Apr. 6, and copies of military identification card and sports champion certificate of Bomber Group R.C.A.F. Volleyball Tournament, 1945 Jul. 7, and copyprints of Sergeant Price, 1945, and of championship team of above referenced tournament. Oral history interview focuses on Mr. Price's wartime experiences and Vaughan Township's reaction to World War II.

Gord Ingram fonds

Fonds consists of photoprints that depict Superior Propane Company facility in Maple prior to 5 Aug. 1962 explosion that destroyed the former, the plant being originally built in 1947; and Dr. F.W. Routley, who practiced medicine in Maple from 1909 to 1922, and for 27 years was chief executive officer of the Canadian Red Cross Society, and contributerd to the Blue Cross Plan for hospital care which began in 1941 (latter is undated). Textual material consists of a copy of an official certificate issued by the British Secretary of War to Corporal William Charles Ingram of the Royal Canadian Ordnance Corps around 1946 in recogintion of publication of former's name in the London Gazette on 1946 April 4 for distinguished wartime service, as mentioned originally in and Official Despatch for distinguished service.
