Fonds consists of four photo albums and 13 photographs depicting the various members and generations of the Kerr family and the families they married into such as the Wilsons, Kinnees, Seeds, Watsons and Robsons. At some point, the Watsons went out west and some of these photos are included in the fonds.

Collection consists of general reference files containing histories on many of Vaughan's communities as well as brief histories on a variety of historic structures and buildings throughout Vaughan.
