Fonds consists of textual material relating to the Railway Scout House in Kleinburg, Kleinburg recreation programs and sports clubs, development in Vaughan and York Region, Kleinburg Gables, civic government, the York Central hospital, and election campaign literature for local as well as provincial and federal candidates from the 1970s to 2006. Includes several issues from 1973 and 1974 of the Kleinburg-Nashville Recreation Newletter.

Fonds consists of a postcard of Kleinburg showing the Post Office ca. 1970, Pierre Berton's The Indefensible Border (1967), a sound disk with Pierre Berton's narration of Sounds of The Great Canadian Railways (1975), a program from the Pierre Berton Celebration Dinner (1979), a sound disk of the Vaughan Festival Choir (1967), and the 2002 issue of the Liberal with an article on Lorna Jackson's death.

Fonds consists of items documenting the history and evolution of the City of Vaughan. Included within is a written description of the Town/City of Vaughan's Chain of Office that was conceived and presented to the first 'Mayor' of Vaughan in 1971. The Mayor's Chain of Office was developed in conjunction with the amalgamation of Woodbridge and Vaughan in 1971 and was given ceremoniously to Mayor G.A. Williams by the outgoing Woodbdrige Reeve John McLean. Also included in the fonds is ephemera produced by the Township, Town and City of Vaughan during the regular course of business of the Corporation. Various patches are included showing the City's coat of arms and how it has evolved over time, as well as a Town pin and a memorial coin developed to celebrate the Town becoming a City in 1991.

Accession M016.9 consists of a framed print which was created by Lorna Jackson in 1999 and was given as a "Simbolo di Eterna Amicizia" or a "Symbol of Eternal Friendship" during a City Twinning or Friendship City designation. A VHS tape of Jackson's funeral is also included (April 9, 2002).

Accession M016.11 consists of a Sora Partnership Certificate, a Japanese fan with a tiger motif, a Japanese Rokkaku-deko (hexagonal kite) with a warrior design accompanied by descriptive information, a hanging scroll of a Japanese landscape painting, an 18th anniversary Gala Dinner poster of Banyas National Park painted by Lorna Jackson, a March 1990 street map of Vaughan, and a May 1999 City of Vaughan Woodlands map.

Accession M016.18 consists of a scarf with a City of Vaughan design, a silk tie designed by Toronto Sun Editorial Cartoonist Andy Donato and a Vaughanopoly board game.

Accession M024.11 contains records relating to the history of Vaughan and Kleinburg, including several maps of the Village and research into key buildings, figures and events. It also contains published and unpublished items about Vaughan's past, including the pioneer era.

Fonds consists of 10 cm of textual records relating to various City of Vaughan events taking place from 1991-2016. Items include various brochures for previous Canada Day, Winterfest and Concert in the Park series as well as programmes from various events. Also included in this accession are two empty wine bottles which were given out in commemoration of the Vaughan gaining City status on January 1, 1991. An unopened copy of the book "Vaughan: A City of Communities" is also included in this accession.

Accession (M016.10) consists of fourteen (14) posters from the City of Vaughan and the Woodbridge Agricultural Fall Fair from ca. 1991-2002. These posters include information about events at the Fall Fair, as well as images from local Vaughan Artists including Lorna Jackson and J.E.H. MacDonald.
