Fonds consists of two items: form letter issued by subject committee in an effort to solicit funds for the establishment of a perpetual care fund for the cemetery. Fonds consists of Cemetery Board minutes, financial documents, including a journal of plot purchases and a set of acount books, plot indexes (with ocassional accompanying photograph of cemetery within) and a combined plot index/burial register, flower planting plan; perpetual care fund records, memorial day programmes, legal documents, correspondence, and cemetery rules and regulations. Evidence in plot indexes suggests presence of burials in cemetery predating founding of cemetery board (i.e. pre-1871).

File consists of postcards. Photographic image of Maple Presbyterian Church, and Maple United Church Cemetery appear respectively on the postcards. On the obverse of the latter there appear in the hand of Juanita Charlton the names and dates of a number of McNair family members: John Scott McNair, 1862-1959; Alice Josephine Marsh, 1861-1942; John Leslie McNair, 1890-1976; Edna Marsh McNair, 1888-1982; and Alice Adeline McNair, 1892-1993.

Item consists of a photograpic image of the Maple Presbyterian Church depicted. Obverse bears message From M. Laurie of Maple to Miss Annie McFall of Bolton.

Collection consists of eclectic assortment of records, consisting of summary of assets and plot index of the Edgeley Burying Grounds, newspaper clippings relating to significant events, as well as a well-documented account of the Superior Propane explosion of August 5th, 1962. Copies of Henry Horne's 1896 "Early Settlers on This Line" and Mabel Burkholder's "Palitinate Settlements in York County" are also included in the collection as well as the Ontario Historical Society's "Papers and Records - Volume 37" from 1945.

Fonds consists of parish annual reports, and sesquicentennial history (published 1979), and cemetery records. Cemetery records composed of somewhat sparse notes on interees, and a ledger which includes transcriptions of headstones, a plot index, and recordings of financial transactions; ledger also includes 7 photoprints of the cemetery grounds as they appeared in 1938.

Fonds consists of cemetery committee minutes, burial registers indicating burials from 1840-1976, plot index, legal documents, correspondence and site plan delineating burial locations and indicating names of interees; also includes plot plans (with names of interees) for 1864 and 1966.

Fonds consists of a parish register, delineating births, confirmations, marriages, and burials from 1832-1981; vestry minutes, 1843-1859; accounts, 1854-1939; collections, 1845-1853; communion record 1846; vestry books, 1898-1985; and Women's Auxiliary minutes, 1960-1969. Specifications of parish hall, 1962, etc. in original fonds but were not included in the microfilm copy provided to the City of Vaughan Archives. Fonds also constituted of minute books from the Anglican Church Women, 1902-1964; correspondence, newsletters, newspaper clippings, service programs and pamphlets, parish directories, photographs, slides, videocassettes, a history of the church, and various artifacts such as offering dishes and a communion visitation set.

Collection consists of images copied by SPOHT to act as reference tools for the organization in the execution of its functions and attendant activities. Index card-mounted images were classified by subject and fully described by the collection compiler, with subject cross references provided. Subjects devised by SPOHT include artists, children, churches, cemeteries, clubs and groups, families, farms, festivals, hotels and taverns, houses, old swimming hole, people, radial cars, recreation areas, schools, sports, stores, streetscapes, transportation,village doctor, village undertaker, women's group's, Yonge Street families.
