File consists of three (3) oil paintings of Vaughan structures created by Carolyn Davis Waldron. The buildings featured in the paintings are the Beaverbrook House in Maple, a heritage property on Keele Street north of Major Mackenzie Drive, and the Woodbridge Presbyterian Church.

Item consists of a photograph. Depicted is Dr. F. W. Routley, who practiced medicine in Maple from 1909 to 1922, and for 27 years was chief executive officer of the Canadian Red Cross Society, and contributed to the Blue Cross Plan for hospital care which began in 1941. The vehicle he is driving appears to be a Ford Model T and is situated in the vicinity of Major Mackenzie Drive and Keele Street.

Item consists of a photograph depicted is a biplane after landing on a snow-covered field in Maple. Aircraft is notable for its landing gear which consist of skis. The Auberge Inn may be seen in the upper right-hand corner of the image.

File consists of a photograph. Photograph depicts Keele Street looking north; intersection with Richmond Street appears between the second and third structures visible in right-central portion of image; clearly represented in right-central portion of image is the Standard Bank of Canada, built in 1908 by James B. McClean; by the mid-1930's the building was occupied jointly by the Bank of Commerce and the Vaughan Township municipal offices.

File consists of postcards. Photographic image of Maple Presbyterian Church, and Maple United Church Cemetery appear respectively on the postcards. On the obverse of the latter there appear in the hand of Juanita Charlton the names and dates of a number of McNair family members: John Scott McNair, 1862-1959; Alice Josephine Marsh, 1861-1942; John Leslie McNair, 1890-1976; Edna Marsh McNair, 1888-1982; and Alice Adeline McNair, 1892-1993.
