Fonds consists of various items relating to Vaughan and it's administrative history.

Accession (M015.26) consists of three (3) booklets, containing Treasurer's Accounts for the Township of Vaughan for 1933, 1934 and 1937. These account books were made available to residents of the Township as a means of fiscal transparency and accountability.

Accession (M016.2) consists of six items relating to Vaughan and the area of Patterson. The donation includes items from Paterson and Brother Agricultural Works relating to business operations, photos of the area of Patterson and a page from the Treasurer's Account for the Municipality of Vaughan, ca. 1850.

Accession (M016.3) consists of two hand drawn maps detailing Vaughan and King Township ca. 1815. These items were in the possession of RHPL, and have since been copied and donated to the Archives.

Fonds consists of minute books, account books, correspondence, newsletters, newspaper clippings, and pamphlets, a history of the ACW, several photo albums, posters, lists, memos, and menus from various church events and fundraisers. The single volume once acted as the organization's minute book, cash book, and membership dues register.

Fonds consists of a parish register, delineating births, confirmations, marriages, and burials from 1832-1981; vestry minutes, 1843-1859; accounts, 1854-1939; collections, 1845-1853; communion record 1846; vestry books, 1898-1985; and Women's Auxiliary minutes, 1960-1969. Specifications of parish hall, 1962, etc. in original fonds but were not included in the microfilm copy provided to the City of Vaughan Archives. Fonds also constituted of minute books from the Anglican Church Women, 1902-1964; correspondence, newsletters, newspaper clippings, service programs and pamphlets, parish directories, photographs, slides, videocassettes, a history of the church, and various artifacts such as offering dishes and a communion visitation set.

Item consists of textual records. Alan Skeoch's paper discusses the financial records and accouts of the Snider Farm from 1888-1890 which give much insight into the poverty and hardship facing many Ontario farmers at that time.

File consists of three copies of a pictorial book with text depicting a wide range of structures throughout Vaughan including schools, churches, stores, farms, houses, and mills.

St. Stephen's Anglican Church Ink Sketches

Item consists of a collection of St. Stephen's Anglican Church ink sketches obtained from the Miller House. Sent by Dr. Ramsay and Mrs. Molly Armitage, these black and white sketched ink greeting cards with appropriate verses, were drawn by Mrs. Armitage's son Jack ca. 1960s -late 1970s. These cards were in possession of the Miller family, who owned a florist business and greenhouses located on the east side of Keele street. The miller house was located just south of their florist shop at 10137 Keele Street and was built ca. 1880. In addition to the 12 cards that were donated, historical infomation regarding The Church as well as Dr. Ramsay Armitage is also included.
