Item consists of a videocassette. Joe Stong was interviewed by the Vaughan Township Historical Society for the videorecording "Dear hearts and gentle people : people and places in Maple, 1949-1950". The interview focuses not only upon Maple and its residents, but also on the history of Stong family in Vaughan and North York, and its impact on the development of the aforementioned communities.

Item consists of a videocassette. Interview conducted by Gary McMahan of Heritage Vaughan member Gordon Miller. Heritage Vaughan, the City of Vaughan's Local Architectural Advisory Committee to Municipal Council, as represented by G. Miller, objected strenuously to Council's decision to approve the demolition of the Woodbridge Hotel in 1996, the sole remaining commercial structure possessing heritage significance in the City of Vaughan.
