File consists of postcards. Original postcards and information thereabout used in production of material cited above provided by Mrs. Alvin (Mary) Wood. Subjects: architecture, streetscapes, commercial enterprises, etc. in Woodbridge between ca. 1860 and 1940; include Cousins' General Store, Bagg's Grocery Store, Wallace Bros. Millinery Room, Elm Park, Wallace Street, Eighth Avenue, Main Street; also panorama of Pine Grove.

Included are: 2 views of Main St., Kleinburg, 1939; 1 image each of the telephone and telephone booth models used in the area between 1904 and 1909; tiny switchboard that linked the 6 telephone subscribers in Kleinburg and Nashville with one another and "long distance" in 1909; study of construction crew, with full complement of equipment, typical of those that brought telephone service to area.

Item consists of a photograph of the Joseph Keffer House. Contemporary image documenting above-referenced dwelling, a diminutive frame structure constructed ca. 1860, displaying balanced proportions and modest detailing associated with its Georgian stylistic origins. Structure fire-damaged 1990 Oct.; subsequently demolished.

Fonds consists of a chronicle of the lives of the Del Brocco family and provides evidence regarding prevalent occupations, working conditions, modes and systems of transportation, architecture, landscapes, and styles of dress in the early to mid-20th century Vaughan Township. Concentration is upon Carrville, with emphasis on Carrville School and Carrville Mill, but also includes Maple.

Item consists of a photograph. Depicted is Dr. F. W. Routley, who practiced medicine in Maple from 1909 to 1922, and for 27 years was chief executive officer of the Canadian Red Cross Society, and contributed to the Blue Cross Plan for hospital care which began in 1941. The vehicle he is driving appears to be a Ford Model T and is situated in the vicinity of Major Mackenzie Drive and Keele Street.

Item consists of a photograph. The Maple General Store was built in 1852 and housed the village's first post office. Situated on the northwest corner of Major Mackenzie Drive and Keele Street, it served as the local post office until 1951. Structure was later demolished; date of demolition ca.1965.
