Fonds consists of one "visitor's book" which includes the commentsof the Public School Inspector and School Superintendent during their annual inspection, in addition to comments made by occasional visitors (teachers from other local schools, etc.); this volume also includes the minutes of the annual meetings of the school's trustees, 1868-1890; and lists of pupils and the fees required of each to attend the school. Fonds also includes a history of the school; a list of teachers; and 4 photoprints depicting the brick structure and students as it appeared in 1957, with one photoprint doing the same for [between 1876 and 1879].

Fonds also includes the Woodbridge Tweedsmuir history, a large format 5 volume local history of the Woodbridge area compiled by the members of the Burwick Women's Institute since 1947; the history contains numerous photographs and postcards. Fonds also includes miscellaneous printed matter reflecting the affiliations of the institute.
