Item consists of an index. Alphabetical list of names of individuls appearing in the General Register of Births and Baptisms, originally compiled in June of 1843 following the Annual Conference of the Wesleyan Methodist Church in Canada, ending 1874; entries for 1874 to 1884 fall under the auspices of the Methodist Church in Canada, and those 1884 to 1893 the Methodist Church of Canada, reflecting the organizational changes experience by the agency in question. Entries for Burkholder index are arranged alphabeticaly by father's name so that they appear in family groups. 794 entries appearing under the heading "Vaughan" in the General Register appear in the index.

Collection consists of photographs of students and staff of Langstaff School, 1893 and Concord School, 1924, n.d.; photographs of attendees of Thornhill United Church Sunday School picnic, 1925, Thornhill Girls Hockey Team, 1918, and unidentified family portrait originally owned by the late Mary Jane Weaver. Textual records consist of newspaper clippings documenting aspects of the heritage of Markham, Vaughan and Richmond Hill from the 1970's to 1985, with a particular focus on built heritage.

Fonds consists of parish annual reports, and sesquicentennial history (published 1979), and cemetery records. Cemetery records composed of somewhat sparse notes on interees, and a ledger which includes transcriptions of headstones, a plot index, and recordings of financial transactions; ledger also includes 7 photoprints of the cemetery grounds as they appeared in 1938.

Item consists of a brief history of the St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church Women's Missionary Society, which in 1991 changed its name to Women With A Mission; a brief history compiled in 1966 on occassion of the 75th anniversary of the above, with the 1991 document being a continuation thereof. This organization engages in numerous philanthropic activities in Canada and abroad funded through dinners, teas, catering, bazaars, etc. that it sponsors.
