File consists of two portraits, one of Alexander Cameron (June 15, 1828 - Jan 5, 1909) and one of his wife, Barbara Malloy (1838-1908).

Collection consists of school records belonging to Bruce, Herbert, Mary and George Constable. Records consist of assignments, test and examination papers, notebooks, day planners, textbooks, a pocket dictionary, daily attendance registers for Vaughan Township School S.S. No. 9 (Vellore School) and various handwritten notes. Also included are miscellaneous private records such as church programs, a playbill for a performance, a booklet containing baking recipes, newspapers and periodicals, an auto insurance card issued to John W. Constable and a box of candy.

File consists of illustrated roll of students Vellore School (School Section # 9) who volunteered for active service with Canada's fighting forces during World War II, and memorial roll of members of the Vellore Women's Institute who died between 1915 and 1965.

Item consists of a photocopy of an essay written as part of requirements for credit in York University history course 3530; utilizes primary sources to delineate the social, political, and economic evolution of Vellore in the wider context of the Canadian historical experience for the period in question.
