Fonds consists of records from the Woodbridge Seniors Club and larger seniors groups such as the Vaughan Seniors Council and United Senior Citizens of Ontario. Items include textual records that include minutes, financial statements, newsletters and correspondence as well as artifacts related to the club such as certificates, cribbage boards and a commemorative wooden mallet.

Fonds consists of annual year books and show books; these provide lists of officers and members of the board of directors, programmes hosted by the Society for the year, show rules, essays on a variety of subjects related to horticulture by members and non-members, with contributions from the Ontario Dept. of Agriculture being particularly prevalent; general membership lists and lists of junior members are also present, as are local advertisers who supported the Society financially.

Accession M024.3 consists of Woodbridge Horticultural Society Yearbooks, photographs of displays and materials promoting the 100th Anniversary in 2023.

Specific areas of jurisdiction and activity delineated include: local ordinances, elections, county and provincial relations, finance and accounting, legal matters, judicial affairs, police and fire protection, municipal planning, public works, hydro-electric service, education(S.S. #14), libraries, licencing, public health and welfare, statistical gathering, records custodianship, recreation, and housing.

Fonds consists of correspondence, administrative files, by-laws, newspaper clippings, scrapbooks, financial documents, membership lists, fair program and prize lists, legal documents, advertising and promotional material, videocassettes, photoprints, postcards, posters, and ephemera. Most records generated as a result of administration of the Woodbridge Fair with subject matter including Miss Woodbridge Pageant, space requests, general activities, exhibits, Woodbridge Fair Parade, Woodbridge Centennial, livestock judging, etc. M999.9 accession constituted of the Woodbridge Fall Fair papers such as programs, posters, applications for permits, newspaper clippings, correspondence and photographs. The remnants of a tin time capsule from 1924 that was opened in 1997 are also included along with the contents of the time capsule including: 1921-1924 Woodbridge Fair prize lists and letters written by Daniel C. Also of note: 6 original letters of Vaughan's earliest settlers describing life in the area, 1843-1860.
