This handwritten scrapbook is believed to have been written by Maie Told for a grade 10 school assisgnment. The scrapbook details the first inhabitants of Woodbridge, as well as includes information from the 1950s regarding schools, banks and hotels.

Scope and content

Item consists of one (1) handwritten scrapbook titled "Woodbridge, Ontario", believed to have been authored by Maie Told for a grade 10 school project. The scrapbook contains information regarding the early settlers of Woodbridge, the War Memorial Tower, Rowland Burr, Early Industries, the first Woodbridge Church, as well schools, banks and hotels. Also included within the scrapbook are seven (7) black and white postcards, depicting various scenes of Woodbridge.
