Fonds consists of annual year books and show books; these provide lists of officers and members of the board of directors, programmes hosted by the Society for the year, show rules, essays on a variety of subjects related to horticulture by members and non-members, with contributions from the Ontario Dept. of Agriculture being particularly prevalent; general membership lists and lists of junior members are also present, as are local advertisers who supported the Society financially.

Accession M024.3 consists of Woodbridge Horticultural Society Yearbooks, photographs of displays and materials promoting the 100th Anniversary in 2023.

Item consists of a booklet created to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Society. Contains membership and officer lists, history write-ups, articles, advertisements, and photos.

Most records generated as a result of administration of the Woodbridge Fair with subject matter including Miss Woodbridge Pageant, space requests, general activities, exhibits, Woodbridge Fair Parade, Woodbridge Centennial, livestock judging, etc. M999.9 accession constituted of the Woodbridge Fall Fair papers such as programs, posters, applications for permits, newspaper clippings, correspondence and photographs. The remnants of a tin time capsule from 1924 that was opened in 1997 are also included along with the contents of the time capsule including: 1921-1924 Woodbridge Fair prize lists and letters written by Daniel C. Item consists of an essay written as part of work required for credit for Masters History course 5560.06; explores the kinds and nature of work performed by women within their households, and in the course thereof provides evidence that does much to refute traditional notions vis-a-vis women's roles in the nineteenth-century North American workplace specifically, and society generally. Work focuses on Annie Haslem, a butcher in Woodbridge, and is based entirely upon documentary evidence housed at the City of Vaughan Archives; the Woodbridge fonds is the primary source consulted.

Fonds consists of correspondence, speeches, council minutes, by-laws, council proceedings, and voter lists. Fonds also includes papers regarding the Cemetery Act of 1956 and programs from various community events.

Fonds consists of minute books, 1915-1982, delineating deliberations, decisions, and activities of the Vellore Women's Institute, as well as occasionally citing the names of members and officers; and Vellore Tweedsmuir history (present in original and microform). Main topical subjects addressed in the latter include: Vellore Women's Institute and its contribution to welfare and development of the community; general community history including geography and topography of the locale; municipal government; agriculture; architecture; education; trade and commerce; histories of individual farms and families; religion; experiences of the community in Canada's wars including namers of volunteers in both conflicts; the Vellore Literary Society; the Vellore Band; transcribed reminicences of such individuals as Mrs. Ann Davidson, and Elizabeth Ann Snider; (extensive coverage of Rutherford Barn Raising, 1929; as well as history of hamlet of Teston; and Purpleville School (S.S #11).
The 2002 accrual consists of the papers from the Woodbridge Agricultural Fair and the Canadian Association of Exhibitions; minute books of the Vellore Women

File consists of photographs of various scenes and people in Vaughan Township from the mid 19th century to the late 20th century.

Fonds consists of records reflecting the abovenoted functions: correspondence, assessment and collector's rolls, printed matter, minutes, financial and legal documents, judicial reocrds, voters lists, tax arrears material, etc. Major subjects addressed include transportation, agriculture, economic development, the Great Depression, the World Wars, Clergy Reserves, labour issues, electoral reform, etc.

Collection consists of general reference files containing histories on many of Vaughan's communities as well as brief histories on a variety of historic structures and buildings throughout Vaughan.

File consists of three copies of a pictorial book with text depicting a wide range of structures throughout Vaughan including schools, churches, stores, farms, houses, and mills.
