Accession M024.9 consists of items related to individuals who served in the World Wars and the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 414, including the Ladies Auxiliary. Individuals of focus are Addison Alexander Mackenzie, Donald Ross Mackenzie, G.H. Black, Edward Black, Ralph Newell, Arthur Corry, Dr. Jack Nickleson and Chaplain J. Ashley H. Hodgson.

Fonds consists of assessment rolls for the period 1970 to 1997 and supplementary assessment rolls, voters' lists, certificates, graphic material (paintings, photos, plaques, and posters used to decorate Clerk's Dept. offices and boardrooms) and a taxi owner's pin and tariff rates card.

M020.2 consists of a signed version of the Vaughan Accord and one copy. The Vaughan Accord commits all members of Council to serving the City of Vaughan in a manner which reflects a positive image of the City and instills civic pride. The Accord outlines Council's commitment and dedication to the task of city-building and states that "a vibrant and successful city depends on a Council that is prepared to work together, constructively, and always in the best interest of the City of Vaughan." The Accord was endorsed at a special ceremony on December 4, 2018.

Accession M023.4 consists of a 3D printed bust of former Mayor Maurizio Bevilacqua.

Accession M023.5 consists of a catalogue of city-owned properties. It has photos of specific properties and lists their estimated value in 1994.

Accession M023.6 consists of textual records relating to the evolution of City of Vaughan, such as handbooks, historical notes and the December 2013 ice storm.

Accession M023.7 consists of a crest of the City of Vaughan that was given to former Mayor Maurizio Bevilacqua for his service from 2010 to 2022, also known as the Chain of Office.

Accession M023.8 consists of documents detailing the historic incorporation of the City of Vaughan, as well as a Community Profile of the City in 1991.

Accession M024.5 consists of a pin in a case for the Order of Vaughan and the program from an investitute ceremony.

Fonds consists of material related to the administration of Woodbridge and local events. Also included is material from the Blackwood Masonic Lodge such as regalia and charters.

Accession M023.13 consists of 3 photographs of Ingram Family members, specifically Lillias MacDonald Ingram and her first husband, Murray Ingram. One group photo is of Charter Members of Queen Victoria L.O.B.A No. 982 Woodbridge Ont. Instituted Oct. 21, 1932. Lillias is seated 4th from the right in the first row. Her husband Murray Ingram is standing in the back row, 5th from the left. The next group photo is of S C Williams Employees - 1937. Lillias is seated in the front row, 2nd from the left. The third group photo is of W. Robinson and Son's - Converters, 1933. Murray Ingram is standing in the back row, 3rd from the right.

Fonds consists of annual year books and show books; these provide lists of officers and members of the board of directors, programmes hosted by the Society for the year, show rules, essays on a variety of subjects related to horticulture by members and non-members, with contributions from the Ontario Dept. of Agriculture being particularly prevalent; general membership lists and lists of junior members are also present, as are local advertisers who supported the Society financially.

Accession M024.3 consists of Woodbridge Horticultural Society Yearbooks, photographs of displays and materials promoting the 100th Anniversary in 2023.

Accession M024.2 consists of 2 aerials of Woodbridge and one image of Robinson's Cotton Mills employee picnic in Orillia in 1938.

File consists of printing plates and photographs. All material in this series relates to Woodbridge : printer's plates depict Implement Day, 1900, the Village Council, 1886, and 1960, the Memorial Tower, the Woodbridge corporate seal, maps of the village, 1870, and 1960. Prints depict W.H. Young, Clerk of the Village of Woodbridge, a gasoline threshing engine, 1912, and a farm equipment retail outlet.

Fonds consists of 11 photoprints of students of the Vellore School, 1907-1964 (bulk 1949-1964), with students identified in most cases; and 1 photoprint of Woodbridge (Ont.) prior to the course of the Humber being altered in 1960. File consists of photographs that focus for the most part upon the Inkerman and Gilmour hotels in Woodbridge, providing excellent views of the facade, including a fine study of a group of carpenters and labourers in front of the Inkerman House (hotel); also includes an image, partially obscured by foliage, of the Howland Mills in Kleinburg; image of the Beaverbrook House in Maple, birthplace of Baron (a.k.a Lord) Beaverbrook, is also present.

Item consists of a dial showing routes and milages from Toronto to various cities throughout North America. On the reverse is a 100 year calendar spanning the years 1891-1990 including signs of the Zodiac.
